IN THEATERS THIS WEEK...
THE GIRL WHO KICKED THE HORNET'S NEST (limited): The final part of the Swedish Millennium trilogy hits the US in limited release. This is the series that started with The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
MONSTERS (limited): This very cool alien infestation flick looks to be the real deal, but some reports tell me not to expect many monsters. I still really want to see what looks like this year's District 9.
SAW 3D: I've never seen any of these, but it has its following, a mighty big one. They say this is the final one, but is it? At least this one boasts flying limbs!
ON DVD THIS WEEK...
ALTITUDE: Comic book creator Kaare Andrews' debut thriller looks like "Lovecraft on a Plane".
SEX AND THE CITY 2: Something tells me this will be playing on my TV at some point or another, hopefully I'll be spared. Although I just forced a viewing of Godzilla's Revenge, so I might be in for it...
NICE GUY JOHNNY: Edward Burns' latest flick. There's a name I haven't heard in a bit.
THE GIRL THAT PLAYED WITH FIRE: The second part of the Millennium trilogy actually hits the DVD scene this week. I should probably watch these at some point since Fincher is revving up the Americanized versions.
GET HIM TO THE GREEK (Netflix): This looked rather funny, so I think I'll give this a watch soon.
HAPPY VIEWING!
